Directions:

  1. In a large pot or steam jacketed kettle
  2. mix 2 bags of Vegetable Crumbles with 2 bags Chili Spice, 2 - #10 cans (drained and rinsed) kidney beans, 2
    - #10 cans crushed or diced tomatoes and 2 gallons of water. Bring mixture to boil,
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring frequently ( t o
    prevent burning).
  4. Serve hot with shredded cheese, guacamole or taco chips (optional).

Ingredients:
Vegetarian Slices: Textured soy protein

Spice Blend: Evaporated cane juice, potato starch, dehydrated vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, onion), soy sauce powder (soybeans, salt, wheat with maltodextrin), vinegar powder,  xanthan - tragacanth - guar gums, tomato powder, spices, citric acid, garlic powder, natural flavor,  extractives of paprika, caramel color. Not more than 2% soybean oil as processing aid.
