Preparation:
Empty 2 bags of hamburger mix into a bowl with 1.5 gallons of cold water. Do not add oil in this step. Mix well and let stand 15 minutes. Add 3/4 cup of your favorite cooking oil; mix well; form into desired shape or use as an ingredient in your favorite recipes. Once mixed, handle and store like ground meat.

Chef's Corner:

Top with cheese and serve hot on a bun.


Cooking Directions:
Skillet: On a non-stick surface, cook over medium heat about 5 minutes.
Oven:On a non-stick pan, cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
Grill / Broiler: Cook about 3 min. on each side.
Microwave: In microwave able container, add 1 tablespoon water and burger(s). Cover and cook 1 burger on full power for 3 minutes turning once. Modify time based on power of oven and number of burgers.

 

Ingredients:Textured Soy Protein, Soy Protein Isolate, Soy Protein Concentrate, Wheat Gluten, Methylcellulose Gum, Garlic and Onion Powder, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Corn and Yeast Protein, and hydrolyzed Wheat Gluten, Soy Sauce Powder, Dextrose, Cottonseed oil, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Malt Extract, Spices, Natural Flavoring, Torula Yeast, Chili Powder, Caramel Color and Malic Acid.
